Commercial foundations, steel and wood framing follow the engineer's drawings exactly. We coordinate special inspections and keep the inspection record with the job.
Seismic work on existing buildings
Older commercial buildings may need retrofits for soft stories, unreinforced walls or weak connections. We build the engineered fix and keep the building usable where the work allows.
Shell and systems
After the structure, we close in the building and coordinate the mechanical, electrical and plumbing trades to the plans.
