Flooring, drywall and interior finishes
A sloping floor or a cracked wall can point to something below. We check the framing and foundation, fix the cause and then put in the new finishes.
Leveling at the source
When a floor dips, the cause can be a settled post, a cracked footing or a sagging joist. We find it from the crawlspace, correct it and then prepare the subfloor for the new flooring.
Drywall that stays crack-free
Cracks that keep coming back above doors or along ceilings often follow movement in the frame. Once the frame is stable, we replace or repair the drywall and finish it to match.
Floors and finishes
Hardwood, engineered wood, tile or vinyl plank go down on a flat, sound subfloor, followed by trim, paint and the finish details.
