Tenant improvement build-outs
A new tenant often needs walls moved, openings cut or equipment hung. We check what the structure allows before the layout is fixed.
What the shell can take
Heavy equipment, new openings in walls or a mezzanine all add load. We check the slab, framing and connections with the engineer before the layout is final.
Building out the space
Partitions, ceilings, doors, lighting and finishes go in to the approved plans, with the building systems adjusted to the new layout.
Working with the landlord
We coordinate access, work hours and the landlord's requirements, and keep the permit and inspections moving.
